Born and raised in Southern California, Jimmy started his journey in real estate as a self-developer, building single-family homes. After graduating with a degree in aerospace engineering from UCSD, he continued his education at London Business School. His career then took off with positions working alongside Round Hill Capital and KKR, where he was involved in acquiring over $1 billion of real estate across Europe. After gaining extensive experience in real estate private equity, he moved back to Los Angeles, where he now focuses on providing real estate financing solutions that are over-looked by traditional banks
